  • Els | IMPACT bv

Els Ory My name is Els, my interest in communication, working with people and languages were immediately apparent from my choice of study: a Master’s degree in interpreting, Dutch-French-Spanish. After four years in international telemarketing and tele sales (tele sales coach and program manager, I became office manager in a production environment in the automotive sector. When I kept being asked to ‘give training courses’ at this company, it became clear that IMPACT was the right choice for me. For more than 20 years , I enthusiastically provide a range of skills training courses in personal development, sales and leadership/management. In particular, an open feedback culture and motivating development systems and are my real passion. A fun fact about me: as an attentive spectator (and occasionally a participant) of sports matches, I often pay more attention to the interactions between players and the coach’s feedback than to the course of the game itself. That’s why anecdotes and comparisons with the world of sports – as well as comparisons with everyday life at home-situations, frequently find their way into my training sessions.

  • Mieke Casier | IMPACT bv

Mieke Casier I am Mieke, born in 1974 and graduated in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from KU Leuven. I started my career in Corporate Marketing Research at Inbev and after my internship I continued working for External Relations. Since 1997, I have been working at IMPACT as a consultant/trainer, meanwhile also as a co-director. Besides providing workshops, I largely immerse myself in providing HR and Organisational Advice, Coaching & Assessments. From 2006, IMPACT also specialised in individual and team coaching with the accompanying certifications (still new at the time!). I also guide the process in the event of conflicts or tensions within organisations and also more specifically after merging departments, a merger or restructuring. What particularly fascinates me? I get energy from analysing organisations and people to evolve towards optimal and sustainable forms of cooperation. Challenging people & organisations in a pleasant way, making them believe in themselves and striving for performance & commitment! I took courses at Vlerick Business School, Pearson, The Coaching Square, OPP, Pearson and PEN Psychodiagnostics. In my spare time, I enjoy being creative, love nature and art, pay attention to physical and mental health and am closely involved as a volunteer with Plan International. Openness to differences and respect for people, animals & resources are values I deeply care about.

  • Stijn | IMPACT bv

Stijn Vandenberk I’m Stijn (1963). I studied at Ghent University and obtained a Master’s degree in Psychological and Educational Sciences. During my internship at Arcelor Mittal, my interest in the various aspects of HR grew. Later, I had the opportunity to discover my passion for delivering workshops, training sessions and courses under the guidance of Prof. Dr. P. Coetsier. During my military service, I further refined my skills in selection and assessment at the CRS (Selection and Recruitment Service of the Belgian Army). After a brief period at another consultancy firm, I co-founded IMPACT in 1991, together with a few colleagues at the time. I’m still a managing partner there today. Over the years, I’ve built up extensive experience across various business sectors and at different levels: from top and middle management to employees and workers. Together with my colleagues, it’s our passion to help people further develop their motivation and talents through assessment advice, consulting, training, and coaching. I hope to continue doing this wonderful job for many years to come, with just as much passion.
