Subsidy options

  • From 2027, the Flemish career voucher scheme will be reformed into a career credit scheme. Those who meet the criteria will be able to continue to benefit from financially supported career guidance.

  • Sector funds: many sector funds (MTech+, Covalent, ivoc, etc.) support the training and development of staff through training grants or other financial assistance. Whether your organisation is eligible for this depends on the joint committee and the conditions set by the relevant sector fund.

  • IMPACT holds the Qfor Food quality label, a recognised quality assessment for training organisations within the food sector. As a training partner of Alimento, we support food companies and their staff with practical training courses on leadership, communication, collaboration, wellbeing and professional development.

  • A number of IMPACT training courses are eligible for financial support through the SME portfolio:   small businesses can recover 30 % of the training costs, whilst medium-sized businesses can recover 20 %.

  • IMPACT holds a quality accreditation that grants access to the Flemish training incentives scheme. However, our courses are not currently registered as courses eligible for VOV. We are monitoring developments in Flemish training policy and are working on a programme that will once again be eligible for VOV.
