Working together respectfully

Coca-Cola

We are incredibly proud that @alimento group is putting our ‘Working Together Respectfully’ training programme in the spotlight. We had the privilege of rolling out a bespoke training programme for managers and staff at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, across all their sites in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Working together respectfully in a diverse workplace requires more than just good intentions; it requires skills.

Actum

“Safety doesn’t happen by accident.”

Safety starts with communication.

Safety in the workplace cannot be taken for granted and is an absolute priority. It requires courage, dialogue, and the right skills.

In this training, employees learn how to:

  • Give and receive constructive feedback

  • Address undesirable behavior in a respectful manner

  • Respond assertively when safety is compromised

  • Handle safety-related conflicts professionally

  • Promote an open and safe work culture

IMPACT has been providing this training to employees of ArcelorMittal Belgium and ACTUM for years, with a tangible impact on the workplace.

Team day 'Het Eepos'

Day centre in Geel

In a healthcare landscape that is constantly evolving, managers and staff dedicate themselves fully to their work every day.  During our session with the staff of the Geel Day Center, we guided them in formulating their vision for the day center and explored together how they could put that vision into practice. We worked together on psychological safety and team building in times of uncertainty. We sensed a great deal of energy in this team, a clear desire to improve themselves, and a drive to create lasting value for their clients. We are grateful to have helped these people take a significant step forward!
