Stijn Vandenberk
I’m Stijn (1963). I studied at Ghent University and obtained a Master’s degree in Psychological and Educational Sciences.
During my internship at Arcelor Mittal, my interest in the various aspects of HR grew.
Later, I had the opportunity to discover my passion for delivering workshops, training sessions and courses under the guidance of Prof. Dr. P. Coetsier.
During my military service, I further refined my skills in selection and assessment at the CRS (Selection and Recruitment Service of the Belgian Army).
After a brief period at another consultancy firm, I co-founded IMPACT in 1991, together with a few colleagues at the time. I’m still a managing partner there today.
Over the years, I’ve built up extensive experience across various business sectors and at different levels: from top and middle management to employees and workers.
Together with my colleagues, it’s our passion to help people further develop their motivation and talents through assessment advice, consulting, training, and coaching.
I hope to continue doing this wonderful job for many years to come, with just as much passion.
