Koen Van Holderbeke

I graduated as an Occupational and Organizational Psychologist from KULeuven. In the first years of my career, I developed and implemented various HR tools and systems for Philips Belgium.  Then I became HR Business Partner of the R&D department of Philips in Leuven. In a next career step, as HR Director for the Remote Control division, I became responsible for the HR policy in, among others, the sites in Leuven, Portugal, Mexico, Singapore and China. After a career at Philips, I  became Global HR Director at Denon & Marantz Global OEM and then Premium Sound Solutions. I joined IMPACT in 2020 where my main focus is on various HR consulting projects & guidance projects, Management Training and coaching. In my spare time you can regularly find me in the region around Barcelona discovering local design, culture and culinary specialties.
