Mieke Horemans

As a trainer, consultant, and coach at IMPACT, I’m at my best empowering people and organizations to grow and contributing to sustainable organizational success.

I graduated as an Occupational and Organizational Psychologist at KU Leuven and took various additional courses at Vlerick Business School and UAMS, among others.

Until the end of 2024, I was active in the financial sector, where I held senior HR positions in various areas for more than 25 years at ING. My experience and expertise include leading both local and virtual international teams, leadership coaching and development, guiding and implementing digital and cultural transformations, talent and performance management, social relations and employee experience.
