Mieke Casier
I am Mieke, born in 1974 and graduated in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from KU Leuven. I started my career in Corporate Marketing Research at Inbev and after my internship I continued working for External Relations.
Since 1997, I have been working at IMPACT as a consultant/trainer, meanwhile also as a co-director. Besides providing workshops, I largely immerse myself in providing HR and Organisational Advice, Coaching & Assessments.
From 2006, IMPACT also specialised in individual and team coaching with the accompanying certifications (still new at the time!). I also guide the process in the event of conflicts or tensions within organisations and also more specifically after merging departments, a merger or restructuring.
What particularly fascinates me? I get energy from analysing organisations and people to evolve towards optimal and sustainable forms of cooperation. Challenging people & organisations in a pleasant way, making them believe in themselves and striving for performance & commitment!
I took courses at Vlerick Business School, Pearson, The Coaching Square, OPP, Pearson and PEN Psychodiagnostics.
In my spare time, I enjoy being creative, love nature and art, pay attention to physical and mental health and am closely involved as a volunteer with Plan International. Openness to differences and respect for people, animals & resources are values I deeply care about.
